Very disappointed..had my wedding band resized and it was returned to me with a line from side to side where it was resized and 2 pit marks right in the surface of the gold. I took it back and it’s almost worse than the first time.. there are now 2 pit marks on the edge of the ring and scuff marks all over the back .. will NOT be giving them a 3rd chance.

Best service and best custom work ever.  Terry is an amazing man and an expert on gold and silver. He doesn't fuck you over and blow smoke up your ass. Truly a friend and a better business owner 

I took my custom wedding ring to Terry at All Precious Jewelers, Terry rushed the process and damaged my ring. Instead of cutting my rings apart and sizing them both and putting them back together, he cut my rings three times and hammered the band so hard that the new jeweler completing the repair is very concerned that when he separates the rings the metal will shatter. When I called and spoke to Terry and informed him that the damage he caused to my ring would cost me $500, he hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional jeweler I have ever met, I was horrified when I got my resized ring back and I cried on when my husband gave it to me in this terrible condition. Don't make the same mistake I did, go anywhere other than All Precious Jewelers for any and all of your jewelry needs. #allpreciousjewelers Edit: Please share this post to prevent others from making the same mistake I did!
