I opened West Country in 2021. I started selling smokers as a side business during the covid pandemic. I based it out of my acreage and sold smokers, accessories and rubs at local markets around Parkland County and Lac Ste. Anne County area.
In late 2022 we moved our family into Spruce Grove to better our family life. With both kids attending schools in Spruce Grove and having kids play competitive sports we found ourselves driving a lot. With the move to Spruce Grove it reduced our daily driving by 2.5hours and giving us more family time. 
We ended up finding a rental bay in January of 2023 and Opened in May. By summer, we realized West Country needed a little more room and better exposure. We opened a new storefront in the same building #24-308 Westgrove Drive in September of 2023.
