Parkland Family Day Home Agency holds a strong interest in understanding and encouraging the growth and development of our children in care, and one tool we have available for this purpose is the Ages & Stages Questionnaires: the ASQ-3 and the ASQ:SE-2. Both questionnaire sets are a screening tool that will provide a quick check to ensure your child's development is on schedule. They allow opportunity for you to celebrate milestones, while addressing any concerns as early as possible. The ASQ-3 has been used for more than 20 years to make sure children are developing well, and may be completed with children up to 5 and ½ years of age.
