Downunder LandscapingSmoked pork ribs for supper last night. Smoked using lumberjack barbecue grilling pellets in the fruitwood blend. Cooked using the 3-2-1 method. Ribs rubbed with Croix Valley sweet heat BBQ rub. Excellent with homemade cornbread. Smoked on a Silverback grill.
